Preetranjan Sahota, M.D., has well over a decade of experience in Adult Medicine. She completed an Internship in Internal Medicine at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA and residency at San Joaquin General Hospital in Stockton, CA. In addition to her out-patient practice, she has been working as a hospitalist at Marshall hospital in Placerville and in the ER at the VA hospital in Mather.

Her special interests are women's health and preventive care. More recently, she has expanded her practice to include aesthetic medical procedures and basic dermatology. She has undergone extensive training in the administration of Botox, Derma Fillers, and in Laser cosmetic medicine. She always strives to stay ahead in the latest developments in medicine as she continues to expand her medical practice.

Dr Sahota, along with her husband a fellow physician, and three children lives in El Dorado Hills. When she’s not working, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Paramvir Sahota, M.D., in his medical career as a physician spanning over 20 years, has developed a reputation as a strong patient advocate. Dr. Sahota completed his Internal Medicine Residency training at University of Pennsylvania Health System Presbyterian Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA.

Dr. Sahota is a strong believer of personalized care. He has formed relationships with his patients and includes patient family members through the entire stages of care, no matter how challenging life can become. In addition to working at his Folsom family practice, he works at Marshall Hospital in Placerville and the Veterans’ Hospital in Mather to sharpen and refine his acute care abilities and knowledge.

His interests include general internal medicine, cardiovascular, respiratory and metabolic health, with a special focus on preventative care.

Paramvir is an avid reader, loves travel and golf, and follows current events. He lives with his family in El Dorado Hills.
